Affordable and unique jewelry styles and fashion accessories. From urban and futuristic, to formal and fancy and a handful of freebies!

If there is something you think I should make or an improvement that I should implement, let me know! I also would like to invite you to comment on and rate my products; I like to hear what you think.

My creations come with copy and modify permissions. I love to personalize everything I own in real life and second life, and I want my customers to have that option too! So if you've made pretties with my pretties please feel free to post pictures of them to the Provoked Flickr group!

✘ Customer Service

If you have any problems while buying my products or with the product itself please contact me as soon as possible, so I may do my best to remedy the problem. You can contact me in world, by leaving me an instant message AND dropping a notecard on my avatar, Alzubra Jetaime; or email me at provoked.cs@gmail.com. Thank you.

Include the following information for a customer service request notecard: Rename your notecard to 'Provoked CS - Name' (replace the 'name' with your avatar name). Please be courteous when requesting customer service or while conversing with me, and I will return the favor.

  • For questions or problems, please be specific about what is wrong and any suggestions of how I could help you.
  • For a duplicate purchase, list where the purchase was made (in world, OnRez or XSL) and copy and paste the lines from your transaction history that shows your duplicate purchase into the notecard. After I verify the info in my history I will refund the overpayment, please give me at least a few days to process your request as I am not online every day.

✘ Store Policy

No Transfer items are not returnable or refundable; please choose carefully before buying. The only exception to this rule is for duplicate purchases. If you have a duplicate purchase on a copyable item, please drop a note card on me in world within 30 days of the purchase as outlined in the Customer Service section.

Provoked now has several gifting options available. First the gift/store card system or a custom package, please read the store card information and the custom gift package (coming soon) pages for more information.
