Hi guys as some of you may have noticed I have a new gifting option available. I purchased the TMC Store Card System and I really think it's neat! Cards can be used by anyone and are transferable; custom amounts available just contact me (Alzubra Jetaime) in world. At the store just look for the sign(s) below to find gift cards in various amounts.I'm also updating the blog a bit, new links/surls and will organize everything a bit.New ring in the store, it will also be available on OnRez & XstreetSL when I'm done updating everything (see below).
Cotton Candy Puff Ring - This ring is cute, fun and sugary. It is touch texture change; the cotton candy and the ring band change at the same time though they have separate textures. Enjoy eight flavors. ;P
Comes in Pink, Violet, Blue, Peach and Green; plus I threw in three non-edible 'flavors', Silver, Gold and Copper.
Just in case anyone notices, all my listings on OnRez & XstreetSL will be unavailable for the next few hours as I update the packages and make sure they are all working. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes and thank you for being understanding and patient. If you need to gift something at this time and can not wait, there are store/gift cards available as stated above; and if needed I am more then willing to to package and send a gift on your behalf.
I'm also adding listings for the demos of my products so you don't have to come to the store to get them.

***NOTE*** Deliveries will FAIL in BUSY MODE
- If this happens while buying a store/gift card or any product from the vendors, please try checking your Trash, and search for the folder/object name. I will not replace cards, so please be careful!
- Also never click 'Discard' on the blue pop up menu when cards are being delivered, it may be permanently deleted and I CAN NOT replace the card.
- Please check that you do not have any of my vendors or kiosks muted before you purchase anything, thank you!
✘ How To Buy The Cards
- Right click the Store/Gift Card Kiosk and select "Pay..." from the pie menu, this will bring up the available card amount options.
- Select the amount you want, this will be deducted from your Linden balance. The kiosk will give you a folder with the store card. Remember to click "Keep" on the popup or you'll lose your card!

✘ How To Use The Cards
- Find and wear the store card. Found in a folder called * PROVOKED Store Card.
- Take your time browsing the store and select the item(s) you want purchase.
- Instead of paying, RIGHT CLICK the item and select "Card..." from the top of the pie menu.
- The amount deducted from the card and the remaining balance will be shown, an object or folder will be given, select "Keep" and enjoy!
*** Again deliveries will FAIL in BUSY MODE ***
- If the item costs more then the balance on your card just right click and "Pay..." the difference.
Read the available info note cards and try the demos for the products before purchase, I will not be responsible for miss-purchases. Also be extra careful not to purchase something twice, if you do immediately contact me, Alzubra Jetaime. I will resolve repeat purchases if reported within 15 days.

Include the following information for a customer service request notecard: Rename your notecard to 'Provoked CS - Name' (replace the 'name' with your avatar name). Please be courteous when requesting customer service or while conversing with me, and I will return the favor.
- For questions or problems, please be specific about what is wrong and any suggestions of how I could help you.
- For a duplicate purchase, list where the purchase was made (in world, OnRez or XSL) and copy and paste the lines from your transaction history that shows your duplicate purchase into the notecard. After I verify the info in my history I will refund the overpayment, please give me at least a few days to process your request as I am not online every day.
✘ Store Policy
No Transfer items are not returnable or refundable; please choose carefully before buying. The only exception to this rule is for duplicate purchases. If you have a duplicate purchase on a copyable item, please drop a note card on me in world within 30 days of the purchase as outlined in the Customer Service section.

I'm way behind on my SL current events but I just stumbled upon the scary inventory loss bug that seems to be spreading like wildfire through HUD owners across the grid.
Keiki Lemieux creator of HUDDLES animation/AO HUDs, games and gadgets, posted these blog posts in April and May of 2008.All Users (Basic and Premium) Should Be Able to Request an Inventory RepairBasic Member who Lost Inventory?If you lose inventory, make sure you get support from Linden Lab.
Please do read up and vote on the JIRAs she links, Linden Lab needs to be informed of these issues and we the customers need to keep them on task.
I just wanted to help spread the word and let people know so they can keep track of their inventories, yikes!

- I was attaching a hud when my other hud with animations-content disappeared.
This is the JIRA for the actual bug itself, please do inform yourselves and if it happened to you, do everything you can to make them notice. I did vote on this issue and you should vote on this issue even if it has not affected you. At this moment I am not sure if I have lost anything, I still have not had time to really look at my inventory thoroughly.
- To gather Inventory loss troubleshooting data, let Basic users submit tickets for loss.
Currently basic accounts are not allowed to submit support tickets, while I understand the perks of a premium account include support services. It is unacceptable that basic accounts can not help provide the vital information needed to address these issues that affect all users, in a timely and effective manner. Basic accounts may not be paying in their money directly to Linden Lab but part of it most certainly is ending up there, I don't see why they don't have basic account services (I consider bug reporting and inventory protection basic services see below).
- All Users (Basic and Premium) Should Be Able to Request an Inventory Repair
This just basically relates to the above, if the customer can not reliably back up their content themselves then it is Linden Labs responsibility to protect the content of each account and be willing to offer support to restore or repair that content, regardless of account subscription status.
